The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the house in winter and about 8 minutes in summer. In summer, the guest card with many discounts is included

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our house is located in a small mountain village in the middle of the Glarus mountains near Elm. The apartment is right in the host's house. Part of the garden belongs to the apartment. A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. Throughout the year, there are many different activities in this region. There's something for everyone.
