Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 minutes from Ilanz) in the Grisons mountains. In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. For mountain bike lovers is also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area await you and a cross-country ski trail is also located directly in the village.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Die obere Wohnung nutzen wir als unsere private Ferienwohnung und die untere Wohnung möchten wir gerne kleinen Familien, naturverbundenen, sportbegeisterten und Entspannungskünstlern vermieten.
