We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely come back and recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We were guests at the end of June and felt very comfortable. Thomas, Christina and family have been very accommodating and nice. A special highlight for our little son were the animals on site. It was very clean, better than in the photos and we could make many tours from the accommodation. We will definitely not be the last time there

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful unit, newly renovated, clean and spacious and close to the KitzSki Ski resort. It was very at home/cozy and also had a balcony with Mountain View. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

I wanted to take a day trip and I was very satisfied. It's like a piece of heaven that's been ripped away. The place you stayed was a wonderful vehicle that opened the door to this beauty, and I was very pleased.

It was a great week, the apartment is really very nice, also the location on the sunny slope is excellent. The beds and a TV in each bedroom are great. The large balcony with sun almost all day is also great. The only thing I think would be to complain about are the kitchen utensils, rather cheap Ikea stuff and just so tightly stocked.

Gerhard is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and with an open ear for his guests. You can immediately tell that he cares about the well-being of his visitors. His tips for excursions were great, and the conversations with him made the stay even more enjoyable. The journey via the mountain path was a small adventure, but you are rewarded with absolute peace and a fantastic mountain view. The apartment is cozy, well equipped and perfect for two people with a dog. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!
