Die Lage ist ideal: alles Wichtige erreichst du bequem zu Fuß. Im Haus stehen dir Schwimmbad, Tischtennis und Fitnessbereich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Eine Garage kann genutzt werden (Maße: Länge 5,20 m, Breite 1,90 m, Höhe max. 1,60 m). In den Nebenstraßen gibt es meist kostenlose Parkplätze.

The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. A great home base. Two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor with skylights and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. TV, fully equipped kitchen and sun balcony. There is an associated pool in the house. For the car, there is either a parking space in the underground parking lot or right in front of the house. There are some hiking books for the summer season in the apartment. Simply wonderful for a vacation
