Our cottage is family friendly, located in the middle of nature. There are very many nice bike and hiking trails. The city of St. Vith is only 5 km away for small errands. The race track of (Spa) Francorchamps is only 20 minutes away, and the lake of Bütgenbach is also only 25 minutes away. The property is located 15 min from Malmedy. Private on-site parking and free WiFi are available. The cottage has 4 sleeping possibilities, a flat-screen satellite TV (French - Flemish - German channels) and an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer and a hob. For added comfort, the property offers towels and bed linen at an extra cost. The cottage has a separate garage for up to 4 motorcycles. There is a small garden with a barbecue in the property. The spa is 47 km away and Houffalize is 41 km away. The nearest airport is Liège Airport, 92 km from the property.

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Welcome to our newly renovated apartment, which was redesigned in May 2023 with a lot of love for detail. On a spacious 90 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with smart TV, radio and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: a bunk bed, single bed with pull-out bed, a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom has shower, toilet and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and seating area.

No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.
