Small children up to 12 years of age who do not require additional bed linen can stay overnight free of charge. The flat has its own access. You can reach the city centre with shops, restaurants and squares in about 10 minutes on foot. The train station is about 17 minutes' walk away. A parking space for a small car is available free of charge.

Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
