Monthly Rentals in Oberhüttensee

Although not located right in downtown, it’s very easy to reach downtown and all tourist spots by walking or by bus. The room is really new and clean. And all doors and elevators need PIN code, which makes it really safe for people travel alone . The only problem is that the heat and AC system is a little bit hard to use to adjust a perfect room temperature.

It was super nice at Michael's place! The furnishings and decoration are totally lovingly selected and harmoniously coordinated. The wellness area is as described, you can set the saunas yourself, which allows you to make the sauna access totally individual. Only all the restaurants in Mauterndorf are currently vacationing, which is why you either have to drive further away to eat or just use the kitchen. We did the latter and was then completely fine.

We enjoyed our stay with Hilda, the host. She was so helpful when we had trouble reaching the house due to weather. I recommend getting a vehicle if you’re staying because it’s easier to get into town, but if not there are so many pretty hiking trails around.

This was the 6th year I have been to stay with Renate who is the most friendly and helpful host you could hope for. The apartment is very well appointed and perfect for either a short or longer stay. I have just competed an extended stay for a ski trip. The main Planai gondola is approximately 10 minutes walk with a supermarket located midway on the walk so very convenient. It’s is only a short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. The apartment is situated overlooking the rivers Enns with a lovely riverside walk. It is a very comfortable apartment with a recently refurbished shower room. The beds are very comfortable and there is a new sofa unit at the dinette. Renate is always looking to improve the apartment and I know she is looking to refurbish the kitchen at some point in the future. I hope to return next year.
