If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Welcome, to our cozy cottage! The house is located in the small town of Herrnhut, which is full of history. The area is great for hiking, mountaineering and going to lakes. The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Gutshof Doberschau - Manor Apartment

The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
