The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Our spacious, bright three-room apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa with stylish furniture, high stuccoed ceilings, wooden floors, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, large beds, well-equipped kitchen, as well as covered balcony with unobstructed views of Auerbach Castle and the Odenwald - Ideal for couples, families, long-term guests, corporate customers.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Great views of the beautiful garden-from every room. 5 minutes walk and you are in forest and meadows. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available for removing pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.
