i loved my stay at roci’s place !!!! she is so kind and knowledgeable. she was happy and willing to help me get places and the room was clean and cozy. roci was always available and responsive when i needed her. the home is beautiful and lovingly decorated. i felt so safe and happy. the view is unbeatable. i will definitely be staying with roci again.

I can't express how grateful I am to have had to opportunity to stay with Laura and family. Including Misha, Mingo, Luna, Mila, and Negrita! If you're an animal lover then this is the right accommodation for you. All three cats, and the two dogs made for a very pleasant stay in my books. I stayed for a full month, and never lacked for company. Whether it was the cats, or Laura and/or Sarai talking over breakfast. I felt right at home, and had a lot of fun speaking about language learning! The location is excellent if you're planning to explore Centro. You will have easy walking access to some of the most exciting restaurants, as well as all the fun neighborhoods. I had no trouble making it out to Jalatlaco and others. The home is very traditional, which created a sense of really experiencing life in Oaxaca. This was an experience that I will treasure, so I definitely recommend that you try it out!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rocio's Airbnb — as the other reviews have attested, she is incredibly kind and eager to help with anything you may need! The room was also quite cozy and spacious. It is a little ways out of the city, but the nearby bus stop is very convenient.

Gloria et sa sœur nous ont très bien accueillis pendant la fête des morts. Le logement était propre, conforme aux photos. Le quartier en soi n'est pas très agréable mais il se trouve à 20-25 minutes du centre-ville.

I loved my stay at Maria’s place. The guest room is pristine and lovely. Maybe one of the comfiest beds ever! It is situated in a very tranquil and beautiful garden. The surrounding is quiet and it’s in the beautiful neighborhood of Jalatlaco. It’s an easy walk to almost everywhere- the church and plaza in Jalatlaco, Oaxaca center. There is even a great bakery steps away -Boulenc. And across from the gate is a house that sells tyaludas for dinner. That is a must try Lastry, Maria and her daughter are so nice and friendly, you’ll feel at home. .

El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia, está muy bonito, la atención es muy buena, están muy atentos si necesitas algo y tienes privacidad… definitivamente regresaría

Esta es una gran opción si quieres quedarte cerca de todo al mejor precio en Oaxaca. Además la Sra. Erendida siempre estuvo al pendiente y nos ayudó con opciones fuera de lo que se incluía en el servicio, mil gracias!

Hilda war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat gute Hinweise über Aktivitäten in der Stadt gegeben. Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, und ist vom Stadtzentrum ca 15-20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ich habe mich als alleine reisende Frau jedoch immer sehr sicher gefühlt, auch abends an der Hauptstraße entlang zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, und die Küche besitzt eine Grundausstattung um für 2 Personen kochen zu können (zwei Häuser weiter ist ein kleiner Kiosk in dem man sich mit Grundnahrungsmitteln versorgen kann). Ich konnte jederzeit mit warmen Wasser duschen (in Oaxaca nicht Standard). Die Dachterrasse:👌🏼 Das Loft liegt direkt an einer Straße, an der auch einige Busse entlang fahren. Ich empfehle nachts Ohropax zu tragen, da der Kühlschrank Geräusche macht (Wände in Mexiko sind allgemein nicht gut schallisoliert). Die Trennwände bei Küche und Bad sind nicht abschließend mit der Decke. Ich komme wieder ☺

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Paynani. Le logement est très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du marché la Merced et à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre. Le logement était très propre, le lit très grand et très confortable. La petite cour intérieure est super pour prendre le petit déjeuné le matin! Je recommande!

I absolutely loved this spot. I stayed three weeks and it was frankly pretty hard to leave. It’s a serene property, with simple but modern amenities, beautifully designed, and just a quick walk into the center of town. Eire was very helpful with every last thing I needed and even checked in part way to make sure I was comfortable. Advice to renters, it can get a little buggy outside in the evenings since the house is in a lush garden landscape. But a little spray or that glass of wine next to the massive windows will cure all that ails you. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely go out of my way to come back. Loved it!

Guillerma was welcoming and communicative. Located in a convenient location, but a little hard to find. Read the instructions in the description on how to get there. Overall a pleasant experience. The courtyard is gorgeous and the Airbnb is gated so you feel safe.

Una excelente estancia un lugar muy acogedor y la atención por parte de los anfitriones 10/10 volvería, estuvieron siempre al pendiente de cualquier cosa y son muy amables, la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido, super recomendado.

Buen alojamiento, tiene todo para poder quedarte por bastante tiempo, en general es tranquilo, pero si tienes el sueño ligero el ruido en la noche podría no gustarles, ya que pasan coches y camiones. La atención fue muy buena, el anfitrión muy amable y el plus de que fue por nosotros a la terminal fue de gran ayuda. Para llegar al centro debes tomar un camión, no es difícil de llegar, son de 15 a 20 minutos del centro.

Maria is very helpful, always making sure we were feeling at home. We recommend to stay at Maria's place, she was a great host!

Location is about 35 min away bus ride to downtown however, busy stop nearby only a few steps away from the main entrance which is super convenient. Overall, really liked the space and had all the amenities I needed for a month’s stay including the internet. Internet Works really well, it’s stable and reliable connection for remote workers as myself that makes a lot of video calls daily. It’s also very private and near grocery stores, bodegas, and various local restaurants including a pharmacy. Keep in mind the place does not have A/C . It was very warm in the months of April but it was bearable. Other than that, Carlos is a great host, very friendly and responsive to any questions or recommendations you may have plus it’s a great spot for a solo traveler and felt safe walking late at night in the neighborhood as a female solo traveler.

my stay was great: a not so touristic area near a road where there is public transport and taxi's. the room had everything I needed and was very private. Claudia and her mother were very helpful. all in all a great stay!

Los anfitriones son personas súper amables y la comunicación fue excelente, todo me agrado, excepto que el centro no es muy cerca, tienes que trasladarte en camión (que tarda bastante en pasar) o en taxi y cobran un aproximado de $100 a $130, en coche son como 15 minutos máximo de distancia.

Un espacio muy tranquilo, super limpio ,.acogedor... seguramente si regresamos!!!
