Hermosa casa con excelente y estratégica ubicación, ideal para conocer las 3 zonas turísticas de Oaxaca caminando. Se encuentra ubicada en una de las áreas más seguras de la ciudad de Oaxaca, a tan solo 3 minutos en auto del Barrio de Jalatlaco (7 minutos caminando), 5 minutos en auto del centro histórico (12 minutos caminando) y 5 minutos en auto de Xochimilco (10 minutos caminando). La casa esta remodelada, es muy amplia y cuenta con un hermoso jardín y decoración inspirada en los magueyes.

Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Culture, food, shops within walking distance. Nothing like staying in a centric place and be able to stay out late in a very safe zone! 60Mbps internet A dog and a cat live in the property. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration.
