Holiday rentals with a patio in Oakwood

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

Very comfortable 2 bed, 2.5 bath apartment which matched description and photos exactly. 2 beds upstairs each with their own en suite and television. The .5 bath is on the main floor with the kitchen , dining and living space. Quiet little neighborhood off the main street but completely walkable to downtown Helen's shops and attractions making the location fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends that may want to visit Helen, GA. Check-in process was a breeze with James sending codes and pictured step by step instructions. A basket of pamphlets with local and surrounding area attractions and entertainment options is useful in filling any downtime that you may have on your trip. Check out to do list was extremely minimal - only start the dishwasher if needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful small studio. The highlight for us was the gorgeous porch - the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The studio is beautifully furnished, spotless and incredibly serene. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better - it’s nestled in a sweet neighborhood and just a short walk to great restaurants, local shops and everything you could need. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

This home was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. The floor plan was perfect for meeting up with my son and his family. We were able to have a wonderful family bbq. The only thing I would suggest is putting a small tv in the bunk bed room for the small humans so the adults could congregate in the main living space (our 5 year old hogged the tv in the main space 🤣) Our beds/mattresses were way more comfortable than most hotels. We’ve now turned my son and daughter in law on to using Airbnb as well. Regina was wonderful!! Can say enough good about her attentiveness!!!!

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at this property, absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Mike and Samantha were fantastic hosts, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our visit. The views of the surrounding trees were stunning, and we were lucky enough to see deer roaming the property every morning, which made it feel even more magical. The home itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Tania was a great host. 2 bedroom one bathroom looked just like the pictures. This is a fully remodeled and updated “basement” level of a home. Nice neighborhood. Worked okay for the one night we needed it! Comfortable king size beds. Everything in the house was very clean. One thing that would have been helpful was more kitchen supplies. Tania quickly brought us dish towels and paper towels upon request..we went out and bought our own dish soap, which was not a big deal. Espresso machine with kpods were nice, as well as some bottled water in the fridge. Thanks for hosting us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. We really appreciated the ample space inside the home and felt like we had enough sleeping arrangement options to accommodate the several adults & children in our group. We also really loved the ability to walk to downtown Gainesville and did so several times during our stay. There are several coffee shops within walking distance as well as an antique mall and a veteran's park which we enjoyed. I noticed that others made note of the steep driveway and wanted to mention that we did not find the driveway particularly steep. We had no issues getting in or out with our vehicles. Oh, and it was very useful to have two bathrooms for our large party - the water was nice and hot and the water pressure was great. Thanks again for having us.

Loved the design of this cozy home in a peaceful neighborhood in a beautiful part of the country. Front entry sidewalk is slightly caved in due to “builder” compaction issues. Nothing to do with the host, other than this is a serious tripping hazard. Thank you for keeping a clean home. Other than the dated and cracked mini blinds, this home presents fairly well.

This cabin in Suches is perfect for rest and relaxation! My husband and I slept amazingly well! The proximity to tubing and fishing on the river was perfect for us. We used the tubes and kayaks as well. We were visiting to learn about the area and the owner Billy was an amazing host and guide to North Georgia. He even picked us up for one of our tubing trips!

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Was great location to walk to the aquarium and some local restaurants as well as drive for a concert at the Masquerade. Parking was easy and place was very nice to stay at.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
