You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Our charming Kampa Cottage on Lake Lanier is a ideal location for vacation getaways for Families-Couples-Friends. The house has 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 7-8. It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

The Branch Cottage

We are excited to bring you our second Airbnb, The Branch Cottage! As Super Hosts, we proudly share this piece of history with you. This unique Flowery Branch home was built in 1900 and is on the historic walking tour of the city! This home’s old world charm, paired with new renovations, make it an amazing place to spend time. The closeness to downtown Flowery Branch, Lake Lanier, The Flacon’s Training camp as well as many other north Georgia’s attractions makes the location easily accessible.
