This apartment is 3-4 minutes walk to magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, this apartment would suit a couple and one extra. Sorry but this apartment is not suitable for small children. You will love this location. No cleaning charge.
