Bree was a wonderful host! Her place is fantastic and all the details make you feel right at home. From the fresh flowers to the children’s bubble bath! Her book collection is also superb. The location unbeatable! We loved it all!!

Yuhui's place was exactly as it was described - small, peaceful and comfortable. The unit does share a wall with the garage and/or laundry room so there is a bit of noise if anyone is coming/going through the garage or doing laundry, but it was very minimal noise. While there is only a microwave, mini fridge and Nespresso machine, Yuhui provides a thoughtful selection of glasses, plates and cutlery so you have everything you need for take-out!

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place! Very comfortable and well setup. I loved that it had a garage space being right next to Park Street. Getting street parking around there on an overnight basis can be a hassle so this was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!!

My weeklong stay at Dan's was wonderful. He was the perfect host - provided clear instructions for everything in the home, responded quickly to messages and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The self check-in/out process was very easy. The house itself is lovely - spacious, cozy and comfortable. There is a gorgeous view from all 3 floors. Note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have blinds covering the windows, so if you need to sleep in complete darkness, be sure to bring an eye mask (lots of city lights). I got used to this and it was so nice waking up with the sunrise and falling asleep to the view of the city at night. Various birds also stopped by outside the windows - hawks, ravens & hummingbirds. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. The home is a 15-30 min walk to various parks where you can feel close to nature (highly recommend Glen Canyon Park). Lots of good food, shops and cafes in nearby Noe Valley and Glen Park (20-25 min walk) - keep in mind you'd have to walk uphill to get back. There is easy, free all day parking out front should you need it. It was really nice having central heating and access to a washer and dryer as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great home, comfortable and cozy. Everything works perfectly, and the host provides very complete and clear instructions for the stay. Just 10 minutes by car from downtown, and some nearby touristic places can be visited on foot. There are supermarkets very near as well. Parking is very easy outside in the street.

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

Our family stayed here. It was exactly where we needed to be and what we needed. We had trouble with the electronic lock, but Mark had clear backup instructions that worked great and we did not have to ask for help. What some other reviewers have said may be accurate, but this rental worked out great for my family. Mark did get back to me right away whenever we contacted him. Thank you for having this rental where my family needed to be.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful townhouse, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The place was immaculately clean and fully furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy living room to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Beautiful place that is an excellent location on a quiet street. It was enjoyable to walk to restaurants and coffee shops in town.

We had an amazing 11 nights at Jodie’s place. Location: fantastic, near great shopping, near groceries and restaurants and tiburon ferry. Aldo very close to lots of great hiking and trails and to attractions such muir woods, dipsea, tamales bay. Everything was within a 10-15 min drive away. Also quick and easy to the city and right by the 101. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and tranquil and the two porches are wonderful to enjoy the views and the peace. Apartment: wonderful comfortable seating area with two fantastic private porches. Bedroom is downstairs and quiet and dark at night. Kitchen was amazingly stocked and has everything you need and Jodie is so kind with tea/coffee/condiments and letting you use her high quality cookware (so we did make sure we hand washed her cookware carefully). Great laundry facilities as well. Jodie was extremely responsive and has so many great recommendations for the area. Just a note the bbq grill is no longer available due to fire hazards w

Wook’s home was very clean and the space looked just as described and depicted in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed during our stay. The location felt very safe and secure while being close to many of the best SF destinations. As described and as explicitly mentioned when booking, Wook and his family with a young child live upstairs. If you are hoping for a quiet space or need quiet in order to go to sleep before 9 pm, this may not be the place for you (the sounds of running and playing were quite audible). Wook was very clear about this when booking and also was immediately responsive when we sent a message about it. There’s only so much they can do with a small family upstairs in these beautiful, old (albeit very updated) Victorian homes.

Mary & Marty are wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests. Very responsive, kind & hospitable from the very first contact to the very last. Their home was perfect for our 6-member family and the location in proximity to San Francisco & next to the coast is unbeatable!

My stay was fantastic! The home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need, plus more. I couldn’t have asked for a better host, Giorgia. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. This is a 3 bed 3 bath unit so it's nice for large group (we had 6). Location-wise, the place is okay. You can use the train/bus to get to tourist attractions (Golden gate bridge or park, fisherman wharf, twin peaks) but it will be a quite journey. Or uber/lyft is fine. Very quiet and peaceful at night. One caveat is that you have to bring the luggages up the stairs to enter the unit. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay for us.

Very nice stay. VERY good communication with owner. Worked very well for us (were mid 60s and in good health) and our adult kids. Clean and very livable. There are stairs to manage so I wouldn’t recommend this for elderly adults who might struggle with this.

Our stay at Parham's place was enjoyable. It was clean and well equipped and perfect for our short stay with four adults. While the location is ideally located near all that Palo Alto/Menlo Park has to offer, it is located at an intersection of what can be a busy road (Willow Road and Gilbert). So, if you are a light sleeper, it is probably best to have the bedroom AC/Heater unit on, even if just for air circulation, for some white noise. Access to the garage via the Willow Road remote-controlled gate is a little tricky, but overnight street parking on the Gilbert Road side is not allowed, as we learned from a Menlo Park police warning on our car one morning.

We had a wonderful three-day stay—this place truly felt like home. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to share lots of helpful local recommendations. The house itself is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the lovely little yard with a lemon tree full of fruit—it looked absolutely beautiful in the sunlight. The host also left many thoughtful sticky notes throughout the house explaining how things work, which made everything super easy and added such a personal touch. You can really feel the care and effort put into making this home comfortable for guests. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous loft-like home. Truly special and absolutely pristine. Everything felt new in a really good way. Boutique high street a 2 min walk with lovely shops and restaurants. The top floor doesn’t have its own bathroom or a mirror but other than that, it really was perfect.

Gary and Ninder's home was exceptional! The house had everything we needed and it's in a great part of town that is safe and it's also centrally located, so it's just a short walk or drive to almost anything you want to see or do. Gary is also very attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍

We had a wonderful family visit here in preparation for a larger family reunion when we will fill both the upstairs and downstairs units later this summer. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend time cooking and eating together with our grown sons and other family members. We enjoyed the way the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all one big space. We especially enjoyed lunch on the back deck. Looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic location in Palo Alto near lots of great restaurants and convenient to grocery stores, even without a car. Mike was so easy to work with and responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Mike's properties!
