Mercy & Kevin’s place was perfect for our stay. Their place is in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood. The apartment itself was squeaky clean and as described. Kevin was very responsive and pleasant in our interactions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Berkeley, Oakland, SF.

This is my second time staying here and it’s always great!! The place is amazing and Bradley is an amazing host! Will be returning soon one day!

If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Thank you Jenny for your warmth in welcoming is to your home.

The neighborhood might appear rough around the edges to some but it is an up and coming neighborhood and was very safe. I was traveling as a solo mom with my child. The neighbors were very friendly as they walked their dogs. The street parking was easy to access. The local co-op was fantastic for groceries. Lots of local restaurants and a rock climbing gym close by. Great Sunday market. Highly recommend T’Chaka (Haitian cuisine) for a fancy lunch or dinner. The backyard area was such a lovely haven to relax. The hosts were super friendly and responsive for everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would happily return.

This is a great place to stay in Berkeley! It is close to downtown Berkeley (with great food) and the University. It is also a near a BART station (which I used to get to Oracle Park! ) Shannon was also super accommodating and understanding of my situations and for that I truly appreciate it! Tysm! Highly recommended for OOMPH students at UC Berkeley, super convenient and near the building where your classes take place. Favorite food place so far: Cholita Linda Will come back here again! Perfect place if you’re visiting an adult child and don’t need a kitchen because you’ll be going out to eat all meals. The price is right, Morey is the perfect host — responsive, good man, not in it for the money. Had a great time.

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Inner Richmond, hosted by Malcolm, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. His keen interest in getting to know his guests through thoughtful questions made the experience feel personal and engaging. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and Malcolm's attentive nature really enhanced my visit!

I always stay at Airbnb's when I'm traveling... this one exceeded all of my expectations! Mike's place is paradise. The views are phenomenal and the little coastal town of Pacifica is welcoming and comfortable. They recommended lovely hikes and places to eat. (Devil's slide hike was spectacular and make sure you check out Soul Grind Cafe!) I can't wait to visit again next year!!!

We had a great experience staying here. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Communication with Susan was smooth and easy and she was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was perfect and parking on the street was easy. My partner and I slept like a dream in the extremely comfortable bed. The location is so perfect right across from the beach and has great cafes in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

We are just back from a 6-day stay at the Suite on Camden and loved it. The suite has lovely gray and slate blue decor throughout, a super comfy bed, huge closet, beautiful bathroom and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook! The deck and backyard are so spacious and pretty - perfect for enjoying an evening drink and for quick potty breaks for our little dog. The neighborhood was a sweet surprise - quiet (although close to the freeway), beautiful views from the hills, flowers everywhere, very walkable with our pooch and everyone we ran into was so nice. We are spoiled now - can’t imagine staying anywhere else when going to the Bay Area - thanks, Sam and Jessica!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

Masha is a great host and their place is top notch here in the East Bay! Everything was perfect, and such a massive space which included a separate bedroom and big shower, full kitchen and living room. Anytime we are back here we will be booking this place specifically as it has everything you could possible need.

It was the perfect spot for us with our dog to discover the Bay Area. Around the corner are great trails where you can walk with your dog and the garden is a fantastic save space to let him free thanks to the gated entrance. The space itself is small, but has everything you need. And with the nice weather we almost only sat outside. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to do basic cooking.

This is a super Airbnb location with a friendly and responsive host. The tranquil setting and private access made for a very restful stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, both the bed and sofa-bed were wonderfully clean and comfy, and the shower was majestic! Fred has thought of every detail to make his guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

Carlos is a super friendly host and introduced me to the room himself despite it being kinda late. This place is cozy, spacious and is equipped everything you might need, . I would say it look even better than in the photos and it's a pity I only stayed here for two nights. If you have a car the location wouldn't be a problem.

It was a great spot for a one-week visit to the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with views of the Bay and beyond. Blake Garden is just a three-minute walk away, and it was beautiful in May. We spotted local wildlife in the area (mostly when driving home at night): deer, raccoons, and a downhill neighbor seems to have a skunk family living in their driveway. The unit itself is perfect for a couple, and the sofa bed was comfortable for a kid of any size. The shared laundry room was available and convenient. We agree with others who have noted that the in-wall space heater was a little loud. This would not normally be a problem for us, as the droning fan creates white noise -- except at certain temperatures, the thermostat would occasionally cause it to repeatedly turn on and off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if in the area again.
