Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Charming, cozy house in the heart of Nykøbing F

Right by the water and yet just a 5 minute walk to the city is my lovely home. Garden with many flowers, shrubs and oases where you can relax in the garden furniture. There is always a chance to find sun and shade. The long summer evenings can be enjoyed, for example, under the covered terrace. The house has two bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a smaller dining area, an angle living room and a bathroom with heating in the floor. Entrance from the utility room which also contains washing and washing machine.
