Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nyhavn

We stayed in this beautiful, bright, and cozy house with a lovely little garden (plus cat! :)) Helle and Morten were always available before and during our stay, and communication was quick and friendly throughout. We highly recommend this charming, “hygge” spot in Copenhagen – a perfect place to relax and feel at home.

We have been very good in accommodation, it has everything you need to spend a few days near Copenhagen, very good communication with the center and with supermarkets and places to dine very close by. The views are breathtaking and the little things to improve were communicated and talked to the owner, thank you for everything Morten!

I visited Ditte and Lars for a month and felt very comfortable from the first day. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need in everyday life. Ditte and Lars are very considerate and helpful. I always enjoyed chatting with them when we saw each other and they gave me good tips for Copenhagen. The house is about 10 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn station and the nearest supermarket and is located in a very quiet residential street. With the S-Bahn, you need about 30 minutes to get to the city center. I would live here again at any time, definitely one of the best airbnbs I've been to :)

Lovely Sea view property. Enjoyed our stay there. Peter is very friendly and responsive. Both his cats were too cute.

Our time at Line was absolutely awesome! She is such a great host: helpful, always available, incredibly nice! The cottage blew us away, it was really our island in the big city jungle. Beautiful & enchanting! We were there with our little daughters (4 & 5) ... the garden and the tranquility made this city trip unique! The interior of the cottage is super beautiful, but also cozy! You can see how much time and effort Line has put into setting it up! The garden is so incredibly beautiful .... !!! In addition, Line is an absolute "treasure" .... She even gave us an umbrella to get to the airport dry & gave us a lot of great tips! AirB&B at the highest level... it doesn't get any better! 1000 thanks!!! We will not forget this trip & will definitely come back!!!

Clean and tidy. Very good beds. Very nice beach and beach park 800m from the property. S-train and shopping opportunities very close. Quiet area. But it is the beach that is the attraction for the area.

Bettina is very responsive to any queries. Full instructions given for check in and out. The house is fairly big and perfect for my needs. It is well equipped. Location for me was great. It would be perfect in summer as there is a large garden an patio area but as I was there in February and it snowed hard there was no opportunity to use it. great place to stay - highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Trine and Bogdan’s home. They were incredibly responsive & the house is absolutely wonderful. There is a fantastic back porch with magical lights & great decor inside. The kitchen is packed with everything you need and they left us a delicious tin of danish butter cookies - yum! The location is perfect with the metro just down the road. Myself, my husband, and our two friends would highly recommend this place!

Excellent as always. This was our third stay at this apartment, & it was as wonderful as the first time. If this flat is available, do not hesitate to rent. It’s perfect in every way: beautiful, squeaky clean, comfortable, many amenities, well maintained, great location, and an elevator when you’ve toured a bit too much & can barely make it home. Doris is a perfect host. We hope to return again.

Great cozy place to spend some days. Loved everything

Mai-Britt’s place is very cozy and just felt at home. The location is very convenient to any place, and is very near to the lake. Perfect for strolling around. I would recommend anyone who are travelling to Copenhagen to stay at this place! It’s very quiet and home away from home.

We had an incredible stay in this stylish and perfectly situated condo. The building is upscale and chic. Located one block from both the palace and Nyhavn, and next to great restaurants and near shopping, while still very calm and quiet at night. Communication with the hosts was easy and immediate. Large, spacious light-filled rooms with a clean modern flare, which while easy on the eye, could have used two small nightstands in the bedroom and a coffee table, or end tables, in the living area (no place to sit drinks, book, phone etc). There is also a small desk and chair in the living area. Very large dining table and a petite sofa. Note: the only TV is in the bedroom (large and high quality). Having a washer and dryer was such a nice bonus. The entire apartment is stunning with high end appliances and fixtures. There is no coffee machine, although they had a pour-over and a French press. A small Nespresso machine would be a perfect addition. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect in every way. Cozy, peaceful, quiet yet restaurants, trains, shops, just about everything close by. We loved having breakfast every morning in the beautifully kept back garden or just hanging out with a glass of wine before dinner. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we make a return visit to Copenhagen. All the amenities you can imagine. Kitchen well stocked. Comfy bed, bedding and linens, lovely artwork and accents, and don’t forget the heated bathroom floor! We aren’t accustomed to the long summer nights with early sunrises so the eye sleep masks provided for us were extremely helpful. All we can say is our stay was perfect in every way. We wish Airbnb had a ten star review!!! ;)

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Birger’s place and we highly recommend it! The place was very clean and very nicely decorated. Birger was helpful during the entire process and stay. The local is great and is walking distance from almost every activity and restaurants we had planned.

The apartment is lovely in design, spacious and the location is really really perfect, everything is within walking, quiet street and very close to the metro to the airport. In short, perfect. Sofia is lovely and very available. She was very generous at check out hours and helped us a lot.❤️😍

A beautiful, cozy accommodation, very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Copenhagen is very easy to reach and after a long day in the city you can enjoy the tranquility of the accommodation on the outskirts of the city - in good weather on the small veranda. Would love to come back!!

Kim's apartment is great for family trips, the apartment is well stocked with daily necessities, Kim also thoughtfully prepared drinks and candy, very nice!The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the subway station and train station, and it is also convenient to get around.The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, where you can experience the life of Copenhagen in depth.Great stay!Kim responded promptly and was a great host!

Exactly what were looking for, was perfect almost all around, nice location and felt at home. Kitchen was stocked very well so we easily could cook there. Only the oven needed some cleaning. The owner was also really nice and helfpul towards us.

We had a wonderful stay at Mads’ place right in the heart of Gamla Stan. The location is perfect—on a beautiful street and within walking distance to charming cafes, restaurants, and so many sights. The apartment itself is just as lovely, and what made it extra special were the two serene patios spread across two floors. We started each morning with coffee out there, soaking in the calm atmosphere—it was truly a highlight of our trip. Mads was a fantastic host. He welcomed us in person (a rare and refreshing touch these days!) and even offered great coffee when we arrived. He was helpful from the start, providing tips on how to get there and navigating public transport. Highly recommend staying here. We’d absolutely come back!

We loved this place. Excellent, central location, close to Tivoli Gardens and walkable to the main attractions. Given that the apartment is in the center of the action, I was amazed at how quiet it was since the bedroom widows all face an inner courtyard, rather than a street. The place is beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. Close to a few metro stations. I would highly recommend this place.

What a great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and the Metro stop is just around the corner. Most of the city center is easily accessible by foot or by metro. Nearby Enghav Plads Park is packed with excellent people watching after work or on a sunny day.

This apartment was such a great find- great location and beautiful flat. Tonny was so helpful with our requests like spare keys and allowing us to check out later. We can think of nowhere else we would have rather stayed for our introduction to the beautiful city of Copenhagen. Thank you Tonny.

Claus's place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped -- perfect for our small family (my wife and I stayed with our 1-year-old son). It's literally steps from the lake and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, though a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to the nearest metro station. Claus was always friendly and responsive, and his clear instructions made check-in easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.
