Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with its own rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is decorated with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. Sleeping loft suitable for children as well as a sofa bed is available in the cabin.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

On the property there are sheep, cat and small dog. 8 km to grocery store. Limited public transport. Possibility to hike in the forest and go fishing. For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
