Cozy guest accommodation of 70 sqm in beautiful and peaceful natural surroundings, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom, and a terrace. There's an ocean view and 200 meters to a sandy beach and a jetty with perfect swimming opportunities, as well as a forest 600 meters from the house. One bedroom has a double bed and a small desk with a chair. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an armchair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, an armchair and a TV. There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Panorama Kattegat Beach House [25 metres from the water]

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cozy cottage of 86 m2 with plenty of space inside and out. The cottage is smoke-free and is located in the Hesseløje area, near Bøjden in a quiet setting. There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking Helnæsbugten. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this lovingly renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace with a view of the water. In summer, you can rinse the salt water off under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

WATERFRONT APARTMENT, BEATYFULLY LOCATED – CLOSE TO ODENSE CENTER - Free parking and bikes available. Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in.
