Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

The house is located 15 minutes by car from Kristinehamn, 5 minutes to Bäckhammar. In Bäckhammar, there is a small grocery store & gas station. Swimming areas in the area: Gottbol, Hult.
