Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The large basement apartment offers two open spaces for real relaxation. In the morning, watch the cranes with an espresso or greet the fox in the evening with a glass of cool wine, all included. Here you start the state horticultural show on Beelitzer Spargelstrasse to Caputh on the Havel.

Die Wohnung liegt in Potsdam Szeneviertel Potsdam-West mit spannenden Läden, Coffeeshops & Bäckereien. Die Wohnung wurde 2025 von uns saniert und neu ausgestattet. Für die Gäste stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
