The large basement apartment offers two open spaces for real relaxation. In the morning, watch the cranes over the espresso or greet the fox by the glass of cool wine in the evening, all included. Start your journey to the state garden show at the Beelitzer Spargelstrasse to Caputh an der Havel.

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4-Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The light has room to spread out. It doesn't even shine the sun, but the studio room is full of brightness. This is how Martin Ludwig Wilberg wished him, so he will have worked in this place, over 100 years ago. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.
