On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und 2025 renoviert. Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können.
