Holiday rentals with a patio in Nuoro

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We've just returned from a 4 night stay in Castelsardo and Marcia's flat was simply brilliant. The views from the balcony of the sea, beach, town and sunsets were magnificent. The rooftop pool was well loved and well used by our two kids; in before breakfast and before bed. The location of the flat is ace; a 5 minute stroll to the centre, 10 minute stroll to the beach via a winding path and 10 minute stroll to the castle and old town. It's a stunning place. Marcia was super helpful beforehand answering questions (thank you!). The beach is a must; turquoise clear waters, plenty of space, fish galore. The apartment was perfect; clean and had everything you'd need. The sofa bed was really comfy. I didn't end up using the parking space provided as the hire car company gave us a bigger car than we'd booked. For ease, we parked on the road outside and always got a space. The blue bays were €14 per day, which was well worth the convenience and stress of parking a big car in a small space.

The owner is very kind and helped us solve many problems during the trip. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

lovely apartment! perfect size for a family of 3! without a 3 year old 10 mins to the beach, the marina and the central park and 5 mins from the coop, it's up a hill, but that buys you some great views!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely— very well equipped, and ideally located. It gave us the perfect base to explore the north of the island while also offering a peaceful space to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Nothing to complain about. Alessio was very attentive, the apartment was perfect, it is absolutely suitable for a longer stay. We definitely recommend it.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana and Ariana. We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Thank you so much for a great week!

Too short a stay in this beautiful property!We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, which made our time here even more enjoyable. The building has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, offering much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was finished to a high specification. Communication before arrival was excellent — the hosts sent helpful information in advance that really helped us plan our trip. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay except to request a taxi number, response was very prompt. A big plus for us was the convenience of the location — our plane landed at 7:05 pm, and we were able to meet the host briefly and still be seated for dinner at a local restaurant by 8:30 pm! Highly recommend!

We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlours are within walking distance – we could often leave the car behind. Near the harbour, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.
