Hosts were very helpful. The place was very clean and big with a comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

Very elegant space, spacious living room, the decor looks so homey. I loved the kitchen, propane (gas) stove was a great part of this stay. As for the staircase to the room, it’s quite narrow and high step. In all I fell in love with this place when I come back here I’d rent a longer stay.

I wanted to do a 10 star rating. Home was exactly as photos as was description…..Except more amenities than you could imagine. Pam and Jim are excellent hosts, usually working on property, which provides amazing peace. Animals are fun to watch, not at all noisy, and the ducks are hilarious. Convenient to all Fort Collins via I 25. I would highly recommend this home if visiting Fort Collins, especially for long term. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Efrain was very helpful during my stay as I needed an extra day since our trip out got delayed and he helped out with accommodating the request, even let me have a later check out since we had work in the morning! Highly recommended staying with Efrain.
