“This place is wonderful! Robyn is an excellent host. She took time to show me through the tiny garden house making sure I knew where everything was, and she made herself available if I had any questions at all. The tiny house itself is adorable. Nestled in a back corner of Robyn’s yard, it sits in a gorgeous bit of garden. The plants are fragrant and it was extremely peaceful watching the bees and hummingbirds fly amongst the plants while sitting in the patio. The amenities inside were terrific as well. The bed was large and cozy; the bath area was modern and clean; the kitchen had a microwave (that’s also a small oven!), hot plate, and a fridge/freezer for use. There’s a small seating area with a very comfortable sofa and chair with a television as well. I cannot recommend this house or Robyn enough. I hope I’m lucky enough to snag another stay there sometime soon!”

“This house is very cute and super clean, it was conveniently located near downtown as well! Brenda was able to accommodate our request to check in a little early and we were very appreciative of that. She left food in the fridge and lot's of towels. I would absolutely recommend this house for future stays!”

“Spencer's place was perfect! The master bedroom was so cozy and a full private bathroom, sink and showers. I only had to share the space with Typhoon, a special kitty who likes to lay around relaxing With the sun shining through the windows. The workspace in the bedroom was ideal so that I could work on my video editing. The bedding was luxurious. Down comforter and sateen sheets. Nice! The apartment was well kept by Spencer and his roommate Sebastian who was helped me when I checked in late in a dark rainy night. I was welcome to use the kitchen and store food in the fridge. I would have liked to cook but I didn't have time as I was on the go a lot. I would definitely stay there again when I'm needing to stay over again in Novato! Thanks again guys! :)”
