The Overlook – Starboard View (Unit C) is a private residence in a quiet three-unit building, offering an easy walk to the harbor, ferry, cafés, and shops. Designed for comfort and flexibility, the space features a king bedroom, additional sleeping options, an open living area and a private terrace. Large windows frame views of San Francisco and Angel Island, creating a calm, well-composed setting.

Cozy Larkspur Cabin

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. The home is also ideally situated to enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach.
