Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

For reasons of comfort and safety, it is more suitable for adults and children over 4 years of age who are already independent (no childcare equipment) or for 2 couples. Linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. Insurance: provide a holiday insurance certificate. Off-season 2 nights minimum. From 1/07 to 30/08, weeks only, 7 nights.

Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.
