Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

OBS! egne priser for sengetøy/hånkleder og sluttvask. Det er solrik terrasse mot vest med ute møbler sommerstid. Innendørs er det 2 soverom og toalett-rom og stort bad oppe i 2 etage. På hovedplan er det inngang, stue, spisestue og kjøkken. Man kan parkere inntil 2 biler på siden av leiligheten.

Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Løvheim - Unique experience with peace

Løvheim stands by itself on a watch inside the woods. It is still bright and has exceptional views to Skrimfjella. Løvheim has character and has many great details outside and indoor with, among other things, wood carving details. Accommodates 6 persons. There is a road all the way. In the winter, the last hill will be best spared with 4-wheel drive, but most often with no problem anyway.

Nice and cozy, close to nature and Ski Resorts.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
