Monthly Rentals in Northglenn

This place was perfect for us. It was close to everything, well stocked, and met all of our needs. It was also very nice to have things for our baby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay at this place again if in the area.

Roger is an excellent host! He took the initiative to check in with us leading up to and throughout our stay. The home is well kept. The location is peaceful and quiet. All of the yards are well maintained and beautiful. It was a nice amd relaxing place to get away for a few days. My only suggestion is to read all of the fine print when renting any Air BnB. As a novice renter, I did not. There was a bit of a confusion on my part, and Roger was gracious in the process of getting things settled. I appreciate the hospitality.

House was very clean and in a great location. Neighborhood felt safe. Park was extremely close for the kids to play on. Check in instructions were easy to understand and accurate. I would stay here again.

Everything met our expectations. We read only what we felt we needed from the description, but we were pleased to know there was a washer and dryer. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Too hot or too cold, there is a fan and a space heater. Privacy lock on basement, too! Doesn’t lock when you leave, though! Understandable, as they own the house, but note worthy in terms of those concerned about privacy. All in all, highly recommended! Good location to those new to the area! Thank you!
