Holiday rentals with a pool in Northern New Mexico

Had a great time at this one of a kind rental. There is a real personality to the place with so many activities available (pool table, hot tub, darts, tons of games, sauna) and so many outdoor and indoor areas for lounging. The place was very clean and very welcoming, and the hosts are very responsive to any question you may have. Tons of towels and robes, shampoos and soaps, made the stay easy. There are several hiking trails within a couple miles, downtown is walkable too (about a half hour walk or easy drive). Plenty of parking and the hosts give clear instructions on getting there. Would stay there again next time we’re back in Santa Fe. Thanks, Scott and Winter, for a great stay!

What an awesome house! We had a great stay. Super close to downtown, and you can’t beat the indoor pool!!! Bonnie was super communicative and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. 5 stars!

We had a lovely stay at Rancho Gusto. The size and decor of the home, the pool and hot tub, and the pet friendly rules made it a wonderful experience for our family. Carl was very responsive to our needs and even sent us a list of local activities he thought we'd enjoy. Carl is a top-notch host, and Kimberly (the local contact) was very helpful as well. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is clean, well stocked, and the yard has beautiful roses, a nice lawn, and even strawberries on the vine! My grandchildren loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub, both of which were clean and private. We whole-heartedly recommend this property!

For folks looking for a central location to do the major, but spread-out Four Corners experiences (Chaco, Mesa Verde, Canyon de Chelly), this is the perfect spot. The house is very nice and very well appointed with a gorgeous private pool/hot tub area. It easily and comfortably accommodated five adult hikers, each in his own bed. Alysia was the perfect host. Not only was the condo absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show it to be, the hosts literally thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), to tons of games for the kids to play, all the way to a bucket of sand to put on the ice outside! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

great host, great property. 14 minutes from downtown sante fe and outside all the hustle and bustle. pristine condition. very clean. great kitchen fully stocked with spices, etc. and all necessary utensils. bathrooms very clean. spacious 2 BR. host was extremely attentive and gave us her personal cell. might be the best airbnb we have stayed in.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible home in Taos. We felt right at home when we walked in & loved the Southwest Decor & Vibe. There was plenty of room to enjoy & the backyard was perfect. We enjoyed the whole house so much we didn't want to leave-especially the views in the backyard!

Highly recommended. One of the best places at which our group has stayed! Lots of varied spaces (indoor/outdoor), wide range of amenities (pool, hot tub, pool games, grill, fireplaces, TVs, game table, darts), kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment, towels and blankets accessible and ready to use, and much more. Communication with the owners was clear and quick.

My mother and I enjoyed staying at this private, quiet, and conveniently located condo in Pagosa Springs. Great amenities including a washer and dryer, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The home had a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, and much more! The only drawback was that the WiFi internet was down the entire trip. Not a fault of the hosts, who were responsive and proactive as the situation was beyond their control. I would recommend considering a new internet provider if available as Zito is negatively reviewed in the area or providing access to a hotspot in case of outages.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay! The space was gorgeous and made us feel at home! The double balcony was perfect and each one had an awesome view! The resort was quiet and friendly feeling! My husband and nephew can’t stop talking about how comfortable the beds were! Thank you Jane for sharing your space for us to enjoy! We will be seeing you when we are back in the area ❤️

The condo is in a very quiet and peaceful area of town. It was roomy, comfortable and clean.

WE love this little place and the complex. This is our second stay here. Convenient skiing, lots of shops in Taos, great music venues. good restaurants. What more could you want!

The place was very cool, and exactly as shown on the listing. It was super comfortable and quiet, and almost felt like home. Melissa was a great host, she was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure I had settled in and didn’t have any questions. She also provided a ton of local recommendations. I tried a bunch and none disappointed. Overall super enthusiastic recommendation of this place. Next time I’m in Durango, this will definitely be my first-choice pick of where to stay!

Jen’s place is quiet, comfortable, close enough to anything you’d need in town, and far enough out to relax. We had a restful evening there after a longer than expected drive up from Pie Town and felt it was a great choice!

Very nice condo, close to downtown with nice restaurants and shops. A very quick stay as part of an extended trip. Wish we could have had more time to explore the area as the condo was clean, close to town and very convenient to everything. Aliya was a great host, very conscious of communicating from start to finish.
