Cottage holiday rentals in Northern New Mexico

We enjoyed the house and all that was in it. The only issue for us was the cold temperatures. The temps were too cold for the heaters in the house to keep up with, so we wore jackets most of the time in the house. (It was one of the coldest days of the year.) There was plenty of bedding and we did ok. We would love to stay in warmer weather especially maybe the spring or fall.

Perfect for my husband and I to get away and have some peace and quiet. We will visit again!

Amazing cabin! From the moment you drive up, it feels dreamy and quiet. The inside was decorated beautifully, yet still felt super homey. The hosts have done a lovely job at making this place welcoming its tiny touches of care all throughout the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and the views are incredible. Loved how open everything felt with the windows to look out at the incredible views! Will come back next time we go to Angel Fire for sure!

We loved our stay at Lewis & 4th. It was a great location and enough room for our group. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when returning to Pagosa Springs.

great spot off the beaten path, and the great part is while most had increased their rates, Jodi has kept her place at a fair rate, more than fair honestly.

Great communication with the host. John was awesome with the fishing reports. The cabin was perfect!!

Our stay at the Rainbow Casita was rememberable. It brought our family together. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the smell of the sage brush after the rain was amazing. We saw a rainbow on the mountains after the thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable..... Peaceful area and lots of space for my 8 year old daughter to run and play. AND the lilacs....so sweet. I hope to come back and enjoy this little bit of heaven again. Mahalo.

John’s place had everything you’d need in such a cleverly designed place; there was even two coffee machines both with pods provided. He was meticulous in the detail provided in the house manual, so everything was clear. The ability to do laundry in the garage and generousness of using washing pods was a real bonus, that and the sauna. The sauna got hotter than the local hot springs and was a such a nice touch.

We had a lovely stay. Ciana was very communicative and available. The property and area around is just so beautiful. I loved the simplicity of the house, it had everything we needed (except a washing machine) and our dog was safe in the fully fenced in yard and ever so happy with the hiking trails. I would stay here againg and recommend it to others!

We totally loved staying at Roseanns Charming Cottage. It truly does make you feel a very warm welcome & decorated w/such charm. We were greeted by phone by Roseann herself & her assistant. Did I say Coffee bar?! Yes there is one!! Great washer & dryer & other appliances. So close to anywhere in the city, many things within walking distance. Old Town less than a mile away.A neighborhood supermarket as well. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The shower was a real treat. It’s very unique & well made. I would say custom made. We felt very safe & private there. Very clean place. Our favorite airbnb by far. Roseann’s place made our stay very, very enjoyable. We’re definitely going to make this airbnb our go to when coming to Albuquerque (even if we have to book far in advance:0) )!!!!

Amazing place! Super comfortable, walkable to a couple of good restaurants. The inside is proof that they really thought of everything. Great parking right in front of the door. This place is absolutely beautiful, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Monica’s place is in a beautiful location. Very convenient for the nearby hiking and hot springs. The house was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Monica was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout — thank you again for having us!

Honestly one of the loveliest Airbnb stays I have ever had. It’s in a beautiful setting. The casita is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and fully appointed. It’s peaceful and private while being very close to Arroyo Seco and Carson Forest hiking trails, and an easy drive to downtown Taos. I can not imagine a more thoughtful and authentically kind host. Sandra is the best, and it was a real pleasure meeting her and her husband. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

Loved the location. Trails, restaurant and nice bookstore nearby. I'd recommend the breakfast sandwiches and turkish coffee at Satellite Coffee also.

Gorgeous, peaceful place! It was exactly as described, and frankly, the pictures don’t even do it justice. The space is extremely clean and decorated in a way that was thoughtful and very much felt like I was in New Mexico. Coupled with the beautiful garden, it felt so magical. Communication was excellent, recommendations in the guest book were so helpful, and I felt really safe. Melissa and her family were so lovely, too. I was here for a birthday trip, and Melissa wrote a sweet birthday note and got me treats, and her granddaughter gave me a little ring as a gift. 🥹 Stay here; you won’t regret it!!

Penny was a fantastic host! She was extremely responsive and friendly, it was a pleasure being her guests! The cottage was peaceful, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The fenced yard was great for the children, and the playground within walking distance was also very convenient. We would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at Jeff's place twice, and both times the experience was very comfortable and relaxing. Jeff was very accommodating with us extending our reservation on short notice, which we greatly appreciated, and he was always responsive and very polite.

Centrally located, quiet, easy to get to. It was immaculate, everything worked, and is updated. We walked in, and didn't have to do a thing. She left an excellent greeting letter that included places to eat. There were plenty of dishes, leftover bags etc ( not always the case). I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

This is my second time staying in this property. It is hands-down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of them. I’m coming back in September. Just because the house is so charming and thoughtfully equipped. Perfect location. Just all around Pleasant space to be in.
