Along the coastal road to Skaland - 4 km - the natural experiences are lined up - white sandy beaches - sea and mountain formations. Skaland offers a cafe, a great grocery store and a local pub. Amazing views and a quiet area where you can enjoy idyllic mountains and natural surroundings. The Northern Lights season is from September to April. If there is clear weather, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. Many unique hiking destinations on foot and by boat that the host can inform about if needed and have maps available in the house.

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

House location is next to main road E8, easy to travel to another city, easy access and a bus stop also right in front here. 😊

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains.
