The area is a great location for seeing the Northern Lights and Arctic animals. Here, you can fish in the fjord, which is covered in ice for six months of the year, go hiking in the surrounding area, or drive into Tromsø, which takes about 30 minutes. Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

The super popular Äijäkoira's unique cabin in Kilpisjärvi! Ideal for couples, the cottage has views of Kilpisjärvi. The store and restaurant are 1.5 km away. The cottage has underfloor heating. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, oven/stove, range hood and refrigerator. Pre-made beds, towels and final cleaning included. Please note! The upstairs sleeping area is less than 120 cm high, so the property is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility! Also, the stairs are not child-safe.
