Beautiful penthouse condo with lake views. Convenient to beach and clubhouse with indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis and exercise room. Community has multiple docks close by as well as boat ramp and trailer storage. Two decks with great views of the lake and mountains. Spacious master bedroom with king sized bed on entry level. Second bedroom with two twin beds. Third bedroom on second level with queen bed and workspace. Community has boat rentals and restaurant within walking distance.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
