The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!

The lake level may be low=but you can still relax at this peaceful waterfront retreat. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, fish, or just sit on the sandy beach. The unit has a mini kitchen with refrig, microwave, and toaster oven. 600+ square feet. Wifi and tv. Free use of kayak or give the paddleboard a try. Life vests are available.

The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
