Carlos's place is beautiful and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. We were grateful for a comfortable and cozy spot to be after busy days in DC. Carlos communicated well and anticipated our needs. I would have loved to stay longer!

This was my first visit to Silver Springs MD and staying here made it even nicer. The place was clean, quiet, and just as described. It’s a basement unit, with stairs to access it, but they were manageable. Abel responded quickly whenever I had a question. I came to visit family and felt comfortable during my stay.

The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the little touches—like fresh towels and coffee—made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to several great restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I’d absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!
