From this oasis of peace and quiet you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally around the corner here. The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen. Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands Haarlem with its many restaurants and pleasant pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam Centrum.

It’s a stone throw away from the vibrant Cheesemarket and the bay window will provide you of an amazing view towards the medieval canals and the ‘Waag’ building, a national historic monument that’s located on Waagplein. Where you will also find the best local bars and restaurants. It’s close to several boutiques, restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity.
