Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North End Beaches

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we were incredibly glad we decided to book again! The place is exactly as described, has all the beach supplies so you don’t need to pack it all, is just a quick walk to beach (awesome with kids), and the view can’t be beat. Heidi was an extremely responsive host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic - you can tell her priority is the guest! My family of 5 plus a grandma enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio, taking in stunning sunsets over dinner, and long days on the beach (bathroom breaks back at the house are a snap due to the close proximity). The outdoor shower with warm water is especially helpful with kids! We will be back at least twice this upcoming year. Thanks for another great stay!

We spent 6 days in this lovely little place and absolutely loved it. It was clean, functional, had a charming private yard, easy parking, and the neighbourhood is really quiet. We experienced the host’s excellent customer service when we encountered an issue during our stay, and the host immediately put in all the necessary effort to resolve the problem very quickly to our complete satisfaction. Naturally, we highly recommend this accommodation.

It was a great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. Many great places with if walking distances or a short drive. The farmer’s market is a must do! Carrie was super helpful with a question during the stay. We would stay again!

Check in was super easy, the AC was on when we arrived which was great after a long Uber. The pool felt nice and the whole backyard area was fantastic. We ended up using the bikes a lot more than we thought which was a lot of fun. It's a quick bike ride to the boardwalk and walking didn't take too much longer. Bradley was very quick to respond whenever I had a question about anything. If we come back to Virginia Beach we will definitely be checking the availability of this house!

Our stay at Bay Bliss exceeded all of our expectations and I highly recommend booking this home for your beach vacation. The house is exactly as described, clean, quiet, and right on the beach. I spent most of my time on the beach or the deck overlooking the ocean for the most peaceful mornings and evenings. The house is also very kid friendly, kitchen is filled with every thing you could need, beach toys and floaties, coffee, you name it. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, and had the easiest check out which made our stay all the better. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

What a wonderful job our hosts did! They provided all the supplies we could possibly need and then some! They truly thought of everything. We only had to buy food for ourselves, while most air bnb’s we’ve stayed in have one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, a tiny bottle of dish soap, etc. It felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a stranger’s. It was very short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a recent back injury, this made a huge difference for me. They provided clear instructions about everything, we never had a need to contact them, though I’m sure they would’ve been very responsive if we had. I don’t have any complaints or suggestions for improvement at all!

Beautiful home that VERY comfortably sleeps 8 people. 3 showers too! Our big family stayed here for a wedding. It was awesome to be so close to the beach along a nice strip of town houses. The house had everything we needed, and even laundry. It as clean and beautiful inside. Traci was also an excellent communicator, and getting in/out of the house was a piece of cake. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and the place was as it was described. We had a prompt response when we found the AC not working and it was fixed quickly.

Seamless, easy, clean. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the beach and major roads. Our stay here was amazing and simple.

I happened to be visiting during a holiday weekend while lots of events were happening in the downtown that I didn’t know about, and they were all just a short walk from this place! I would absolutely stay here and visit Portsmouth again :)

Emma is a fantastic host! I had never officially rented on here and she considered me anyways. I was so appreciative of that! As a single mom of two littles, her studio condo at the North end of the Va boardwalk was perfect!!! She sent me clear directions for a seamless check in and checkout. I was able to pull up to unload and load. It was quiet and beautiful! My kids absolutely loved their vacation! My 5 year old thought she left her gemstones there and Emma was willing to send them if her cleaning team found them! Again, above and beyond! I am so thankful for the stay and the responsive host. It is the perfect spot! I highly recommend renting from her!

My husband and I visited Steff's AirBnB on our Honeymoon and were beyond pleased! She provided so much for her guests, including eggs and bacon for breakfast!! Her space was so clean and welcoming. It was the perfect, quiet spot for us. I found the bed to be a little too firm for my personal taste, but I still got a decent enough night sleep and I will absolutely be back if we come down to Williamsburg again. The backyard was so adorable and peaceful! I only wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the fire pit and smores kit!! Thank you Steff for having us!

Cute, clean, and cozy place! Hosts were extremely accommodating. The location is close to the beach but tucked away in a not-so-busy neighborhood, so you can walk to destinations while still having a private and quiet location. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely carriage house on large and private property, very quiet and peaceful. Nikki's home is elegant and delightful. When we arrived it was set up for our arrival with the most romantic and dreamy lighting with music, my husband and I were both delighted!! The apartment style carriage is well decorated with tasteful art and antiques. Nikki and her family were the perfects hosts, ensuring everything we (and our pups) needed during our extended stay. 100% would recommend to anyone traveling in the area, you will be well looked after by Nikki.

Dottie's place was a quiet oasis just away from the bustling downtown area. Super walkable to museums, a view of the shipyard and great bars restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was just as described and super clean. Dottie provided all the appliances you would need for a great stay and snacks! We would stay again and highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous ocean views, great location, the balcony was the favorite spot the entire stay! Comfortable furniture, nice little cozy condo! Highly recommend the stay if you’re in the area!

What an amazing stay! I've never been satisfied with an Airbnb, the photos always are so much nicer than the reality - but Big Blue was actually even better than advertised! Merlyn's communication prior to arrival made things very easy. Accessing the unit was simple, and I felt safe with the self-locking doors. The unit was clean and so comfortable, with many personal touches - I instantly felt at home. I was overjoyed when I arrived and toured the unit. Really exceeded my expectations which was such a different feeling than all the other Airbnb I've rented over the years. The beach access was tidy and pretty, the gym and beach gear a nice touch, and the foot wash station was appreciated after my morning walks with the dog. I really can't say enough great things about my stay here. Hosts were friendly and helpful every step of the way. We mostly spent our time traveling around the area from VA Beach to OBX so I can't speak much about Norfolk/Ocean View. I would def rent Big Blue again.

I honestly couldn’t get this place a better review. You get exactly what you expect and it is priced well for the area, location, and Hadley is a great host. The host is very responsive and communicates well of her expectations and fulfilling yours.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

We had a lovely stay at Crystal’s while in town for a graduation. Crystal was proactive with directions, recommendations, and instructions, and she responded quickly to questions. The place was nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, beach chairs, games, and other necessities. This is a nice place for a getaway.

Overall this a great find, close to the beach, nice pool, easy access. Kattia was very fast to respond and had some great suggestions. She left us water bottles and rain ponchos which thankfully we didn't need. We found the unit to be very clean and fresh and she has thought of everything. The only issue we had was the TV in the master would not connect to the wifi but we didn't really need it. Loved having access to the pool from the sliding door in the master bedroom. We met some of the other owners and they were all very nice. It was also nice to be so close to Harris Teeter.

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.
