The Old stables is part of the original estate of Cary Fitzpaine. Although the setting is rural, we are a short way from A37 (.5 mile) and A303 (1.5 miles) which makes us very accessible to other amenities/attractions. The property is self contained and private, with a contained garden. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to walk around the farm, and are also on hand if required. We are in easy reach of many National Trust properties, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm & Haynes Car Museums.

Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

Ansty, Tisbury - Spacious Annex

Our annex features two spacious double bedrooms ensuite with super kingsize beds which can be split into single beds upon request. One ensuite includes a bath and shower, while the other has a shower. There is NO kitchen but there is a dining area/room with fridge, microwave and kettle and we supply milk, coffee and tea and continental breakfast. Bookings for 2 guests include access to one double bedroom. If you would like to use both bedrooms, please select 3 or 4 guests when booking.

Courage Cottage is a two bedroom detached barn conversion in a Georgian farmyard.The barn was converted in 2013 so has all modern conveniences including underfloor heating. It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Lakeside Cottage - at Incombe Farm

Really comfortable and warm converted stables next to our main house but with privacy, standing in idyllic private valley. Less than 2 miles from Shaftesbury. The cottage overlooks our small lake (about 1/2 acre). Peaceful countryside with buzzards, woodpeckers, a barn owl, ducks, pheasants, deer and even otters. See them at your breakfast table or in our enclosed veranda with circular table and overhead heater. Well behaved small / medium dogs only - strictly by prior agreement.

The Parlour, Duntish Mill Farm, EV Charging

The Parlour is a 3 double bedroom cottage which is part of Duntish Mill Farm that has recently been lovingly renovated. There is open plan living with vaulted ceilings and a cosy log burner. French doors that lead onto a large private patio area. Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast.
