Irene’s Dream is a brand new beautifully equipped home with Hottub, WiFi & full Sky TV package inc. Sky Sports. Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Tarka Trail is literally on our doorstep, beaches are a 10 min drive away WE PREFER NO BIG ADULT ONLY GROUPS THIS IS 4 BEDROOMED HOME BUT MAX No OF ADULTS STAYING AT ONE TIME IS 6+ CHILDREN respecting our neighbours is our priority

Comfortable, private annexe with separate entrance in the centre of peaceful Georgeham. Lobby area for DIY breakfast which we provide, En -suite shower room. Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

The Studio is a unique detached cottage sitting in a private location, in beautiful countryside just minutes from the North Devon coast. It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Low Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY. Low Tide is a light open plan space with it's own access and parking (one vehicle no bigger than estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing and days out. Low Tide is a great base to discover the beauty of North Devon.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
