Holiday rentals with a balcony in Norte Region

A spacious apartment, situated in a major artery with very regular transport available, making it easy to navigate the city. The Botanical Gardens and the City Park are nearby via walking or bus. The apartment itself has good facilities, with large kitchen, balcony, two showers, generous-sized bedrooms, plentiful storage space and views across the whole area.

Apartamento limpio, acogedor y bien situado para visitar la ciudad de Porto, coincidiendo la descripción y fotografías con el anuncio. Recomendable.

El estudio supera la descripción: es muy moderno, esta como nuevo, bien ubicado y con equipamiento (electrodomésticos y sanitarios) de última generación, todo funciona muy bien. El único detalle es que no pudimos prepara café: la cocina es de inducción y no sirve para la cafetera italiana de aluminio. Además hay una cafetera con sachets pero no hay sachets y no supimos que tipo comprar. La comunicación con los anfitriones excelente: contestan con rapidez, lo que es muy valorado.

Mi esposo y yo solo pasamos una noche, pero fue genial! La vista lo es todo! El piso muy limpio y muy bonito! Raquel respondió rápido. Este sitio es genial para una pareja. El estacionamiento y trafico en Porto es de lo peor. Dejamos el coche en el parking que esta abajo del mercado, pagamos 60 euros por 14 horas :/, y de ahí caminamos al piso, fue fácil llegar con maleta y mochila cada uno. Así que si van en coche planeen antes donde dejar el coche, nosotros no hicimos eso. El piso - Cien por ciento recomendado!

This was a great stay in a great location of the city! I was nervous at first because I’ve seen other GuestReady reviews but this one was a great find. The space was well kept and clean, plenty of room for 2 people, with a great view of the city! I will say the only downside was that I think the door code should be changed after every guest, I believe that’s a safety issue but the host was responsive when answering my questions and reassuring me all is well! Great stay, i’d recommend :)

3박 4일간 묵었습니다. 근처에 관광지를 걸어서 갈 수 있는 훌륭한 위치에 숙소가 있습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 사진에 보이는 그대로입니다. Vitoria 전망대가 바로 옆에 있어서 2분이면 갈 수 있습니다. Minipreco 식료품점이 근처에 있어서 편합니다. 취사가 가능한 도구들이 준비되어 있고, 식기세척기와 오븐, 세탁기가 있습니다. (세제는 없습니다) 무료로 주차가 가능한 전용주차장이 있습니다. 포르투에 있는 동안 차는 주차장에만 있었습니다. 모든 곳을 걸어서 갈 수 있었기 때문에 좁은 도로에 굳이 차를 가지고 나오지 않았습니다. 주차장부터 숙소까지 엘리베이터로 이동이 가능해 가방을 옮기기 편했습니다. 수건은 2세트가 기본이라, 추가로 가지고 오는 것을 추천드립니다.

Het appartement was verzorgd en groter dan we verwachten. Er waren 2 badkamers en een grote dressing. Het ligt in een rustige buurt maar toch op wandelafstand van alles. Ik raad het appartement aan!

We loved staying in Gaia. It was easily walkable to the attractions in Porto. We loved the river view and watching sunsets from the apartment. Many eating options within easy walking distance. Great host!

Très beau séjour, Nous avons été accueilli par José, bonne communion, de bonnes adresses conseillées. Merci à votre voisine de nous avoir dépannée lors de la coupure de courant générale du pays. Arrêt de bus, supermarché, un petit restau et un café à proximité. 👌🏽

Fuimos un grupo de amigos con niños y estuvimos encantados. Las habitaciones son muy amplias con camas enormes y muy confortables, tienen varios tipos de almohadas. Las salas de estar geniales! Amplias, con decoración cuidada, … la cocina muy equipada, no nos faltó de nada y la nevera maravillosa! Nos encantó estar cocinando mientras escuchábamos música… La atención por parte de Portugal active de 10. Muy contentos!!

El propietario era majisimo, nos dio recomendaciones, ma casa estaba estupenda, inmejorable. Volveremos sin duda!!

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Gostámos muito do espaços e de todas as condições, exceto o excesso de luz em alguns quartos. Ainda assim esse pormenor não estragou a experiência, que foi fantástica. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi rápida e simpática resolvendo as dúvidas que apresentei. O preço pago foi claramente um factor positivo, dadas todas as condições disponibilizadas. Aconselho.

A maravilhosa experiência nesta casa começa com o extraordinário atendimento do Sr. Manuel, com a sua educação e simpatia consegue transmitir a importância deste espaço para si e a sua família. Percebe-se bem o porquê. Quanto ao espaço em si, posso afirmar que ao vivo é bem superior ao que é descrito no anúncio. Tem tudo o que é necessário para um belo período de repouso complementado com umas belas refeições com aquela paisagem idílica. Recomendo vivamente.
