Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

We offer you to stay in an annex of our home (separate from our home), which we have completely renovated. The place is located in the Nantes vineyard, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes. The house is fully equipped, a beautiful bright living room with living room/kitchen, a real 140 x 190 sofa bed. In the bedroom, a 140 X 90 bed.
