Nous vous accueillons dans notre demeure familiale riveraine de l’Erdre, une des plus belles rivières de France. Vous séjournerez pour vos loisirs (ou à titre professionnel) dans une aile du bâtiment, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Maison de famille à Nort-sur-Erdre avec piscine non chauffée et jardin de 1 600m². Belle maison de maître de la fin du 18e siècle, avec tout le charme du passé : veuillez noter que nous rénovons progressivement la maison nous-mêmes, quelques pièces sont encore dans leur état d'origine. Pour préserver l'ambiance familiale du quartier, nous privilégions les familles. La maison n’est pas optimalement configurée pour 11 adultes (matelas fins dans les chambres d’enfants et chambres en enfilade).

A 20-minute walk from the village by a bucolic path, along the Vélodysssée (Canal de Nantes à Brest) and the Régalante, this former artist's studio with views of the Plains of Mazerolles, is completely renovated and newly equipped. Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in this old house, completely renovated to modern tastes. Located near Nantes (25 min) Ancenis (18 min) -Draps and towels are provided - 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds -Bathroom fitted /hair dryer/towel dryer) - Fully-equipped kitchen. .(induction stove/ fridge/ microwave / mini oven/washing machine/dishwasher) Cooking essentials - Large living room with TV/fireplace/sofa and ottoman Listing with fibre optics

Maison organique

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

Welcome to our charming cottage in the heart of the Nantes countryside. surrounded by nature and greenery. This house of 60 m² fully renovated, furnished and equipped will welcome you for your good times for families or with friends. Outdoor table and chairs just across the house for your sunny meals. Close to Nantes, the Canal de Nantes à Brest and the Erdre for water activities.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
