🏡 Charming Guesthouse with Lake View – Peaceful & Private The space Welcome to our newly built 33 sqm guesthouse with beautiful views of Lake Långsjön. It’s the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for quiet, comfort, and a deep connection to nature. Inside, you’ll find:    •   A fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, microwave, air fryer & French press    •   A cozy living space with bar seating and rattan armchairs    •   A sleeping area with a 160 cm double bed    •   A modern bathroom with toilet, tiled shower, and heated floors Large glass doors open directly onto the rocks, offering a breathtaking view of the lake and easy access to the outdoors. Guest access You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, along with:    •   A private front deck with dining area and charcoal grill    •   Access to a shared swimming dock and rowboat (available in summer)    •   Optional rental of a lakeside sauna with a glass veranda Other things to note The guesthouse is peacefully located with nature right outside the door. Our main house is nearby, but the guesthouse has no windows facing us, and we rarely use that side of our home — ensuring your privacy. If you’re traveling with a larger group, we also rent out a spacious house on the property that sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms), perfect for those who want to stay close but enjoy separate spaces. You need a car if you like to see more of the High Coast Area. Public transportation is very limited.

Promenera till byns badplats med ytterligare bastu, och torpets båt/kanadensaren/kajak. Här finns fiskevatten, bär- och svampmarker, promenadvägar samt snö vintertid. På gården finns får och du är varmt välkommen att ta med ditt husdjur. Min ambition är att du ska ha det riktigt bra med mig till hands utan att jag stör dig.

Slappna av i detta unika och avkopplande boende. Njut av havet som ständigt förändrar sig vid den egna stranden. Här har du tillgång till vandringsleder i närområdet Eller varför inte ta en värmande bastu eller ett 38-gradigt bad i din egna jacuzzi? Gullviks havbad, når du inom 2 km. Närmsta mataffär ligger 9 km bort. 16 km till Örnsköldsviks centrum med Paradisbadet och Skyttis längdskidspår Slalombackar finner du flera i kommunen. Welcome to a small & cozy log cabin in the heart of the High Coast. Mountains, bays and the sea make up a fantastic scenery. Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grill and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August 2027 only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Två badrum, varav ett med badkar och dusch. Vedeldad bastu vid sjön med brygga och båt att låna. På vintern lyser stjärnklar himmel och norrsken upp kvällarna. Nära till jakt och fiske – perfekt för avkoppling och äventyr i vildmarken!
