Newly built holiday home with flexible sleeping accommodations 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the exit from the E4 and the Påljungshage and Gustavsberg shopping centers. We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Welcome to our guest house where you can enjoy free time. The house is secluded on our property with Bråviken right outside the window. If you want to borrow a kayak or canoe, that's fine. You are also welcome to borrow our wood-fired sauna on the jetty. From there, you can then take a dip in Bråviken. To Åby it is 3 km and to the Central Station in Norrköping it is 7 km.
