This place is perfect if you want to experience a calm, private holiday in the beautiful nature of Sweden. The house is lovingly furnished and very well equipped with everything you need - you feel at home right from the start. The nature around the house is beautiful, we saw rabbits and deer right in front of the windows. It’s magical :) The little beach/water is just a short walk away and you can have a nice swim there. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks for having us. ☺️

Marcus is a great host! He’s extremely kind and always there when you need him. The location is absolutely stunning! You got privacy on your own little island, but if you need to get in contact with people or want to do some shopping, it’s less than 15 minutes to get there. Thank you Marcus, we had a wonderful Christmas at your spot!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place! The location was stunning, with amazing views that we couldn't get enough of. Hosts Ingrid and Anders were so helpful, responsive and were flexible with the check out time. The house itself was perfect for our family, loaded with kids' play games and activities that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The hosts were thoughtful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave! We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing and spacious villa right at the ocean! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay at, it was magical. Frida was very quick with her communication and very supportive, before and throughout the stay. Would definitely come back here, totally worth it.

Our holiday in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours usually only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, petrol station. Friendly, attentive care by h Kerstin. Would love to come back!

Really beautiful house and yard. A perfect place for families with children to relax and spend time. Lovely to go swimming. Carl-Johan is very friendly and helpful. The first time, we will book a longer period of accommodation. Easy to spend the day in Kolmården, short drive.

Super cozy cottage and garden with perfect distance to Kolmården zoo. Everything you wanted was available. Easy to communicate with Maria who responds quickly. Can highly recommend!

Everything was great! It‘s a very cozy home with everything you need. The area there is also very nice. You can rent kajaks nearby. Also the communication with Pernilla was great! Hope to come back again!

Incredibly beautiful and quiet place. View directly towards the sea, which was great to enjoy in the hot tub as well as sitting in the kitchen and living room. Possible to walk along the water. The house was both clean and well-equipped. Convenient with code lock instead of key. Easy and smooth communication with the landlord. Always responded very quickly to our questions.

We kept in contact with the host the entire time. Super friendly and helpful! The house was welcoming, super cosy, we felt at home. There was a book in the kitchen with instructions, which made us feel safe (wifi, cleaning instructions, and such). I bathed in the morning in the pool! it was so nice! 🩵 Highly recommended! 💕

The days in the accommodation were relaxed and relaxing for us as a family of 5. The pool and sun deck were in daily use. There was enough space on the property that we could also spread out on it. Highlight for my 14 year old son: the darts game in the workshop shed. Emma was always available and not only answered our questions immediately, but also gave us tips for excursions. Very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice place close to both Oxelösund and Nyköping. Susanne was very helpful and responded quickly to the questions we had.

House was tidy, clean and had a super nice pool. Douglas was accomodating and easy to communicate with. Would visit again!

We were 5 adults and a dog and there was no problem getting a place. Wonderful patio with lovely forest in front and a large lawn to play kubb on, for example. Recommend this home and will definitely book it yourself more times 😃Sofia

The location of the house was beyond expectations. Very private on a small hill overlooking the sea. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The living room felt cozy with many seating options. The host always responded quickly and was flexible and thoughtful. Will be happy to return!

This was our second stay at Aida. It is a perfect place for us as a stopover on our travels. There is plenty of parking space, close to arterial roads and the city with all amenities plus it is a good clean space. We will definitely come back!

An absolutely magical place where basically nothing is missing. Newport towels and linens of the best quality. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice welcome when we arrived and the place is very nice close to nature. No water inside, but still possible to cook emergency even if it is crowded about space and no kitchen fan.

Very cozy and perfect for families with children! Luxurious that both parts of the cottage had their own toilet with shower! The beds were nice and everything was fresh 😃
