You have your own compact cottage, fully-equipped kitchen, beds for up to 4 adults, toilet, terrace & lake view. You also have a spa cabin with shower, wood-fired sauna, relaxation area & a wood-fired hot tub. A 150-meter walk leads to a private jetty with a sandy bottom. We have our cottage on the property, but rarely stay there during your booking, you will have everything basically to yourselves. Come out and enjoy the silence!

Beach house - private sandy beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious accommodation with the forest right next to the house. Our cottage has all the amenities for adults and children. Here, you can alternate activities with relaxation. Norrköping city center - 14 km. Kolmården Zoo - 23 km. Yxbacken - 4 km. Things to Note: - Bring your own bed linens, towels and hygiene items. - Leave the house in a clean condition, as it was when you arrived. - Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. - Pets may be okay on request.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns öppenspis och bäddsoffa. Badrummet har dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar.

Eget litet men mysigt boende med separat ingång som ligger i nära anslutning till vårat egna boende. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt villaområde med närhet av bad och natur. Pool finns och man kan bada inom vissa tider så man inte stör grannar sent på kvällen. Tillgång till brygga ca 100 meter från boendet. Parkering 1 bil i anslutning till boendet. Fri parkering ca 100 meter bort. 8 km till Norrköpings centrum. Vi ser helst att ni städar. Om ni vill anlita oss för städning så kostar det 700kr.

Ha kul med hela familjen på detta fantastiska ställe precis vid havet och som har allt för din livskavalité. Nu med större kök och badrum. Uppvärmd pool och utedusch på sommaren, bubbelpool som är igång hela året. Havet ligger bara 200m bort och syns från uteplatsen. Vedeldad bastu och kamin för kalla dagar. Trevlig miljö för promenader. Vissa regler och rengöring behöver följas för att använda bubbelpoolen. Vi erbjuder senare utcheckning, kl 13. På sommartid, v25-32, bokas minst 2 dagar.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
