Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Easy parking is available in the area. The Øgade neighborhood offers many take away places, but there is also the possibility to cook your own food in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave as well as a fridge/freezer. Centrally located in the attractive Øgade district with Oyster facilities, cafes, takeaway places and shopping. The apartment is set up as a simple hotel room and is without personal belongings. Lightly equipped kitchen with the most necessary kitchen utensils and service. The bathroom is very small. You can take a bath, but there is no shower.
